Perl module to assist in interaction with websites. Handles link
scrubbing and form processing.

This requires perl-http-response-encoding, perl-http-server-simple,
and perl-test-warn.

NOTE: If you do not have an Internet connection when building, comment
out the line 'make test' in the SlackBuild.
