KTikZ is a program for making pictures using tikz.
You write the tikz code in the editor and KTikZ
automatically generates the image in a preview panel.

Set HANDBOOK=yes to buil the KDE handbook (DocBook) in current.
Disabled by default because xmllint validation fails in 15.0.
